How we do things at the Center (and what to expect)
The heart of any purpose project is its Vision, introduced here. In service to any Vision, are its Values and Principles - our 5 New Earth Ways, which define the essence of our culture and inform our design and experience ethos.
The embodiment of those principles are manifested in the Practices - the rituals and 'ways of doing things' in any project.
Read on, to discover how we implement this in the neos retreats for example, or check out the neos·life vision:

The 3 Dimensions
A new humanity, and new earth, require us to transform in the three interconnected dimensions of SELF, RELATIONAL, & ENVIRONMENTAL.
We recognise four categories within each dimension that call for certain practices in who we are, how we relate and how we live with the Earth.
Self Dimension
Holistic Health | Self Realisation | Self Leadership | Nature Connection
Relational Dimension
Relational Dynamics | Economic Systems | Collaborative Skills | Community Culture
Environmental Dimension
Food Systems | Ecosystem Restoration | Village Design | Low Impact Living

Relational
Self
Environmental
All of our retreats, courses, events and experiences, encompass these twelve Categories within the three Dimensions, and we give priority to partners and event designers who likewise weave this holistic map of transformation rather than focusing on just one aspect, such as spirituality or permaculture. Below we give examples of how we embody these practices at the Center.
Food & Health
We like to provide tasty food that nourishes not only our bodies but warms our hearts - food that reminds us of family and home.
We focus on foods that increase life force, always considering seasonal wisdom, and including home-made ferments, organic greens, quality proteins, foraged herbs, and local produce.
We advocate fasting as one of the most effective methods of healing, and base our typical retreat schedules around an intermittent fasting window of 18 hours, allowing for daily cellular healing through autophagy (a recommendation but not obligatory).

Balanced Living
We practice living regeneratively, prioritising balance of yin and yang, by advocating slow, silent and meditative mornings, and supporting those in need of long periods of silence, darkness, digital detoxing, and deeper fasting periods.
We practice loving care towards feminine balance, allowing for long gentle mornings, dietary suggestions based on the stage of the hormonal cycle, herbal self-care, and plenty of space to be.
Loving Awareness
We enjoy everyone feeling at home at the center, and safe to be truly authentic. When a knot of social tension or a flame of conflict is sparked, we practice disarming this through actions of peace, such as loving silence and space until the energies can shift back into the heart for effective communication to be able to occur.
We practice living from the realisation that the outer world is a reflection of our inner landscape, and in any conflict the only one to focus on is oneself, and to not take anything personally from the other - who is likewise just in their own projected reality.

Nature Power
We take great care in the design and planning of both the existing spaces of the center, and all we intend to create, constantly under the guidance of our regenerative design experts so that the natural environment is protected, restored and harmonised with.
Whilst this is long journey, there are steps we embrace adopting straight away to lessen our impact and live in more sustainable way, such as eating according to our market garden, and buying only sustainably and ethically sourced local products.
Ancient Healing
We know that our bodies are perfectly designed instruments for healing, and that disconnection - from ourselves, community and the natural world, is the source of suffering.
We therefore bring community connection, music, singing, dance and movement into nearly every retreat we offer, understanding that these are in fact the most universal and powerful practices of healing and restoring life force energy that there are.
